Winter holiday with guaranteed snowfall<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enjoy a wonderful winter vacation amidst the many ski resorts in Kaprun and Zell am See, where snowfall is guaranteed. Snowfall is\u00a0guaranteed from October to May at the top of the Kitzsteinhorn. Experience fresh powder snow at an altitude of 3,000 meters and a view of the vast glacier slopes. The park is a challenge for both snowboarders and freeskiers. The Kitzsteinhorn is one of the most popular freeride areas in the Alps. Zell am See is also a versatile ski area with beautiful Zell lake highlighting the center. Cozy cabins high located on the slopes are inviting for a delicious lunch or simply recline and soak up the first rays of spring sunshine. Get into the Christmas mood by experiencing the ambience of our Christmas markets or visit the popular “Night of the Balloons”.<\/p>\n

Free transportation on the ski bus or train<\/em>
\nTransportation by ski bus to the ski resorts is free of charge. The ski bus stop is merely a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, you can take the romantic train to Zell am See. The train station is located in the village of Niedernsill, which is only a 10 minute walk.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em>Cross-country skiing<\/em>
\nNiedernsill is also particularly attractive for cross-country skiers. The Pinzgaloipe, a 200 km long cross-country ski trail, runs right through the village .The 3 km long Glacier Trail at 2850 meters altitude in Kaprun is simply spectacular. Furthermore, you will find endless hiking trails, perfectly maintained cross-country ski trails, guided snowshoe hikes or romantic sleigh rides through the Salzach valley.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em>You can ski in a different area everyday<\/em>
\nThe other major ski resorts including Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Maria Alm, Gerlos-K\u00f6nigsleiten Weisseegletscher and Wildkogel-Bramberg are located in the immediate vicinity and are definitely worth a day visit.<\/p>\n
