The apartment (300 sqm) is part of the renovated 400 year old Pinzgauer Schrempf farmhouse (built in 1613) in 2015 and located in the sunny picturesque village of Niedernsill, 10 minutes drive from Kaprun and Zell am See.

In spring, summer and autumn you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, golf, hiking and even skiing on the glacier of Kaprun. In winter go skiing or cross country skiing in the Kitzbühel Alps, the snowy glacier of Kitzsteinhorn or Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See. All accessible within 10 minutes drive.

You will find 3 luxurious bathrooms in the apartment. The bathrooms were fully renovated in 2015 and feature comfortable floor heating. Due to the fact that the baths are located in different areas of the home, guests enjoy abundant privacy.

For total relaxation and a complete wellness experience, guests may enjoy a large Finnish sauna. The sauna is between 75-85 ° C, a perfect temperature for relaxing, especially after an active day.

In 2014 we have the slightly dilapidated farmhouse (anno 1613), purchased, and with lots of love and patience renovated into a cozy and comfortable apartment which we have retained as much as possible the characteristic elements. Unique are the vaults in the bedroom and bathroom and the old doors give the apartment a warm and cozy atmosphere.
