The patio doors give access to the balcony (south), sunny terrace (south-west), which include a lounge set and barbecue.

The hall gives access to the balcony on the east side and west side of the apartment. Through the hall you have access to the 3rd toilet and utility room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

On the 2nd floor (attic) is a 3rd bedroom. This bedroom has a 2x 2-pers. bed. Next to this bedroom is a 3rd large bathroom with double sinks, (heavy) shower and wonderfully spacious sauna. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Bedroom 4 has a king-size 2-pers. bed, 2x 1-pers. bed, flat-screen TV and access to the balcony (south).
