The Kitzsteinhorn is one of the most popular freeride areas in the Alps. Zell am See is also a versatile ski area with beautiful Zell lake highlighting the center. Free transportation on the ski bus or train
Transportation by ski bus to the ski resorts is free of charge. The ski bus stop is merely a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, you can take the romantic train to Zell am See. The train station is located in the village of Niedernsill, which is only a 10 minute walk.
Cross-country skiing
Niedernsill is also particularly attractive for cross-country skiers. The Pinzgaloipe, a 200 km long cross-country ski trail, runs right through the village .The 3 km long Glacier Trail at 2850 meters altitude in Kaprun is simply spectacular. Furthermore, you will find endless hiking trails, perfectly maintained cross-country ski trails, guided snowshoe hikes or romantic sleigh rides through the Salzach valley.
You can ski in a different area everyday
The other major ski resorts including Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Maria Alm, Gerlos-Königsleiten Weisseegletscher and Wildkogel-Bramberg are located in the immediate vicinity and are definitely worth a day visit.

You will find 3 luxurious bathrooms in the apartment. The bathrooms were fully renovated in 2015 and feature comfortable floor heating. Due to the fact that the baths are located in different areas of the home, guests enjoy abundant privacy.
Sauna wellness
For total relaxation and a complete wellness experience, guests may enjoy a large Finnish sauna. The sauna is between 75-85 ° C, a perfect temperature for relaxing, especially after an active day.
